We exist solely to help others experience and achieve healing and self-growth in a friendly, nonjudgmental and supportive environment. We believe that an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion is essential to each individual’s success in therapy.
Our methods of counseling are diverse. We believe in using a variety of counseling methods and techniques, as every person’s temperament is different. Our core therapeutic methods in our practice are; temperament, cognitive and behavioral therapies. We find that these core methods of therapy assist in understanding each person’s individual temperament, while working through core beliefs and assisting individuals in finding their individual strengths.
Our fundamental approach to counseling is done through providing kindness, optimism, support and encouragement throughout the entire therapeutic process. We provide each and every person with a safe and nurturing environment, where it is safe to express any and all emotions and feelings. By doing this, we are able to provide the tools needed to achieve a successful therapeutic relationship, and healthier path for our clients.
Kacie Lynn, MA, Clinical Counselor
I began my journey into counseling to help people find their happiness. My passion is working with young adults and teenage youth. I believe in being a role model for youth, and helping them to maneuver the roads many youth face today while growing up. I do counsel people of all ages, and love being able to use my studies to assist my clients in finding their healthier and happier path in life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association. My degrees include a Master of Arts degree in Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Oregon State University.
